MST3K

I can't believe it! They re-released this awesome movie in May of this year. We just bought it on DVD for only $15.00. If anyone already know this then good for you...and why didn't you tell us?

Now let me explain. This is one of the funniest movies ever! Back in the day we watched this movie, quoted this movie and lived this movie. If you haven't seen it yet then you should, although the reaction I get from a lot of people is "it's dumb". Well its not, just give it a chance. If you still don't like it then watch it 10 more times. It's seriously awesome!

I found these pictures and thought it would be fun to share. This is one of the millions of times we all got together to watch it. Do you recognize these kids??

I did it!

I made pot roast! I know this doesn't sound amazing, but trust me it is. I don't cook, never have. I make ramen noodles and mac & cheese and thats about it. September 7 was my little bros b-day and my family was all coming over for dinner. I'm pretty sure they're not ever excited about coming to my place for dinner since I usually don't have a meal planned. It ends up being pizza, or one time I made pancakes...woo hoo! So imagine their shock when they arrived to find pot roast, gravy and real mashed potatos. I like to think they were proud of me. I'm pretty sure they liked it too since they all went back for seconds. This great acomplishment could of never been done without a lot of help, of course. So thank you soooo much Mariel for the detailed instructions and the many phone conversations walking me through it.

Memories...

Remember these??...
Here's how you do it-

1. As a comment on my blog, leave one memory that you and I had together. It doesn't matter if you knew me a little or a lot, anything you remember!

2. Next, re-post these instructions on your blog and see how many people leave a memory about you. It's actually pretty funny to see the responses. If you leave a memory about me, I'll assume you're playing the game and I'll come to your blog and leave one about you.

Baby

I'm sure everyone knows or has figured out from the floating baby that I am pregnant. Yay! I'm due January 3rd. I'm super excited and a little nervous about having two little ones running around. I went to the Dr. last week and found out its another boy. I was hoping for a girl...but I'm having a lot of fun planning for a boy now. Maybe next time...

The reason for so many pictures...

One of the main reasons I started this whole blog thing is so that my mom (who lives in Colorado) could frequently see pictures of my family. I guess she never looks because she's always asking to see pictures. Soooo, now that I know she doesn't visit my blog I decided I can talk about her. Ha Ha. That'll teach her.

Now that I am a mother I just wonder how my mom did it with five kids. I only have one and I feel like I can't do anything. My house is often a mess, dinner is usually lame, and my laundry seams to never get done. But for some reason, by the end of the day, I am so tired I end up passing out in my bed. So how the heck did my mom do everything with five kids?

When I was young a typical day would be to wake up to a clean house, my mom would feed us breakfast then we would get ready to go to the swimming pool. At the pool she had lunch ready for all of us including yummy and healthy treats then she would shower us there. At night we would all sit down to a huge, homemade dinner. Laundry was always done, dishes never piled up in the sink and it seamed as though she always had some kind of fun activity planned for us. I have no idea when she had time to prepare the huge meals she made or when she had time to clean and when did she get together all her creative games? On top of all that she was always involved with some kind of church calling which demanded a lot of time and work. I wonder if she ever slept. Our entire day seamed to run smoothly, she was prepared for everything.

So what the heck am I missing here? Did she have some kind of super hero powers? Is she human? How come I feel like I'm running around all day so unprepared and so unorganized?

Anyways, my mom was and is just amazing. I appreciate her more now than ever. I want so much to give my children a wonderful childhood like I had. I just hope someday I can figure out the "trick" or somehow inherit super hero powers like my mom has.

Our Car :(

Jesse and Jaxson got into a car accident on Jaxsons Birthday. Pretty scary time, and kind of sad, but we are mostly grateful that they are doing fine.

Mrs. Korver??

Oh Kyle...
Since my sweet sister Danielle doesn’t update her blog very often I’ll go ahead and tell y’all the latest story in her life.
Danielle works at Happy Sumo in the Gateway. The other day Kyle Korver (the hot Jazz player) came in with his little bro. Danielle, having no idea who anyone on the Jazz team is, went ahead like normal serving him and his brother. She kept noticing all the other waitresses freaking out and staring. Finally, at the end of their meal, one of her co-workers broke the news to her that she was serving a Jazz player. Well anyway, Danielle was pretty excited afterwards and called to tell all of us who she got to meet. We thought she was cool for a second then started teasing that if she ever sees him again she needs to flirt her heart out and hopefully marry him some day.
The day after the Jazz played their 5th game losing to the Lakers; Kyle Korver, Deron Williams and C.J. Miles came into Happy Sumo and lucky Danielle got to be their server. Now that she knew who these men were she became very nervous. She tried being nice and making eye contact but they were so into talking about the game and what they needed to do in the next game, they didn’t give her the time of day. All the other ladies working that day were totally freaking out which didn’t help calm Danielle’s nerves. So, because she was so nervous or because she was desperate for their attention, she spilled all the water onto Deron Williams. Oh my gosh…how funny is that!?!
I’m sure they will remember Danielle from now on and if everything goes as planned we’ll have a wedding to plan soon. Just kidding Danielle…no pressure. Ha Ha Ha the funniest things happen to you.

Hey...remember me?

I decided it was probably time to update my blog. I hope my wonderful blog friends haven't totally forgotten about me and will be back to visit.
Here are some of the things we've been up to...

We went to to Tulip Festival at Thanksgiving point.

Fun times at the park.

Wrestling the puppy.
We have done a lot of other fun things, unfortunatley I don't have pictures to show.

We got together with some good friends which was a lot of fun. We hope to do it again soon. Thanks Dan and Deanne for hosting.

Jesse went to Washington D.C. and visited someone he calls Hickman. I hear he is in love with Jesse. Like madly in love. Whoa!

We had a fun Cinco de Mayo celebration at Jesse's parents. They always have the cutest parties. And Jaxson can't get enough of grandpa. Jaxson just hears his voice and he's jumping out of my arms or running down the driveway to see him. It is the cutest thing.

Thanks for coming back. I won't take 2 months to post next time I swear.

Danielle Dobson is wonderful.

(Very old Picture)

Danielle is awesome. She's the best sister one could ever ask for.

Yes, she may think that she's a gangster and listen to gangsta rap all the time. And she may have all these tattoos like shes some kind of Bad-A (and we all know she's not). Oh and sometimes she says random things that don't make any sense in which she doesn't know she's saying. For example: saying "bread and butter" over and over without realizing it (craaaazy). And she has absolutely no filtering system when she speaks. So she says ridiculous things all the time to all the wrong people. Like telling fat people that they're getting huge, joking around about something committing suicide to a woman who's husband had recently committed suicide...the list goes on.

But we have our touching sister/sister moments. Like when she was younger she would sit next to me and watch me play the piano for hours. Sometimes I would drive us around when we were hungry until we could find a church with cars in the parking lot. If there were people there, there was food...like weddings and such. She always straightens my hair for me when needed. Tries to help me with hairstyle suggestions, and cute outfits and shoes. We talk about boys and "s" all the time. And everytime she's being stupid about a boy who's treating her like poop, which isn't rare, I'm always there to tell her about how stupid she is being. And don't even get us started with 'The Sims' and 'Yoshis Island' or our DS game consoles. We're probably the best at those games...ever. Way better than Michael.

We're the best of friends. Ever. BFF's. I would like to end this blog with a poem...

She's about this high
She's taller than I
Sometimes she helps me tie my shoes.
She's my sister.
And she plays with me
And I hope that she
Is glad that I'm her sister too.
She's about this high
She's smaller than I
Somtimes I help her tie her shoes.
She's my sister.
And she plays with me
And I hope that she
Is glad that I'm her sister too.

Uncle Jesse

My family is really into full house, we have been for years and we've seen every episode at least twice. We are all a character. I am Becky (Jesse Kastopolis' wife), when I married Jesse we all thought it was so funny I was marrying unlce Jesse. Andrea is DJ, Danielle is Stephanie and little baby Michael is Michelle. Ha Ha, that is still funny. There is more but because I have no time to think and Jaxson is trying to chew on wires I won't list them all. Anyways, I found this video and decided it is a must see. It's the song Jesse wrote for Becky...so romantic. But really it's just hilarious, I think my family will really enjoy seeing it.....again.

My Handsome Boys

I gotta tell ya...I just love these boys. We went to Baskin Robins the other night and took this picture. So I just wanted to share how special they are to me. My husband Jesse is awesome for so many different reasons, I guess thats why I married him. He bought me this awesome peanut butter and chocolate sundae thing at Baskin Robins...oh baby!!! My baby Jaxson is the joy of my life, best thing that ever happened to me and he's the cutest kid I know. Tittle Sr. has been such a good friend for years and years. He's so much fun to hang out with and also so down to earth, we can talk about anything. Tittle Jr. (Logan) is so dang cute too. Well I guess I should say handsome, he probably wouldn't be too excited about being called cute. He's such a little dare devil sweet heart....just like his dad. So thank you boys for being so good to me...I love ya like crazy.

After Christmas my entire family drove eight hours to Colorado in miserable snow then spent 4 nights together all in the same house (there were 16 of us) just to celebrate Christmas and New years together...and it was awesome. We had so much fun we all can't wait to go back. Hope you enjoy the pictures! Oh, and don't think I'm a Broncos fan, I definetly am NOT.
